The Satterley Property Group has always had a very strong commitment to the community on all Estates and actively fosters developing and building a strong sense of community. This strong commitment by company owner, Nigel Satterley has lead to the employment of a team of staff dedicated to the community development process for all Satterley Estates. The community development model focuses on five key areas; Events, Youth & Over 55's, Communications, Sponsorship and Resident Development.
The community and key stakeholders are actively engaged very early in the planning of the Estate to ensure a master planned approach to the overall development of the Estate.
