Perth South Metropolitan

Although the region south of the large and magnificent Swan River was slower to expand in earlier years, it is now growing exceptionally rapidly.

There are major hospitals, the prestigious Murdoch University and Notre Dame University campuses and a wealth of outstanding schools, shopping centres, recreation and community facilities and other essential services.

And many suburbs are close to the Kwinana Freeway, Roe Highway, new Southern Rail Line and several other major transport arteries.
