With natural bush, conservation wetlands and the adjacent estuary surrounding the estate, wildlife is in abundance. Of course the estuary is famous for the prized blue swimmer crab and other fishing activities on the estuary make it a great day out for the whole family.
However the best feature is the stunning 1.4km long, 200m wide man-made lake within the estate, with stage one of the lake construction due for completion in August 2011.
