Beach living
The invigorating tang of the salty air, the cool refreshment of a daily swim, the family picnics and fishing trips. Brighton makes it all possible.
Jindalee Beach is a beautiful, clean, family beach just 1.3km west of Marmion Avenue. A planned foreshore village will bring boardwalks, lawns, changerooms, shops and cafés to the existing coastline.
Every Brighton home is a just a stroll, a bike ride or a short drive from the sparkling turquoise water and silky white sand.
A lifetime of learning nearby
Locally Brighton has three primary schools: Butler Primary School, East Butler Primary School and the Brighton Catholic Primary School. There's also a growing list of outstanding educational facilities nearby.
Secondary students can currently attend a variety of government and private schools in the area and a new Butler High School is due to open in 2013.
Beyond High School, Brighton offers a pre-apprenticeship training program called The Shed for students in year 11 and 12, and nearby campuses include Joondalup TAFE and Edith Cowan University.
Shopping - The vital heart of a vibrant community.
The Brighton Village Shopping Centre is centrally located and includes a medical centre, Coles supermarket, a variety of specialty shops, a café, tavern and day care centre just to name a few. It's also where you'll find the Brighton Sales and Information Centre overlooking magnificent Lake on Brampton Park.
And there's more just down the road. Nearby Ocean Keys Shopping Centre just off Marmion Avenue in Clarkson offers an array of shops and services, from Bunnings to fast food and a choice of supermarkets and specialty stores.
Designed for quality living.
Brighton has taken two major steps to ensure the protection of its long-term appeal and sound investment potential. First, it has combined exceptionally good design and progressive planning with leading-edge technology.
Second, there are sensible covenants in place that require Brighton's homes to be built to consistent, high-quality standards.
Brighton provides peace-of-mind for those who regard their home as the greatest investment in their future lifestyle and financial security.

Connection and Transport
Brighton is a 35-minute drive on the Mitchell Freeway from Perth's CBD. Alternatively, you can catch a 30-minute train ride to Clarkson Station then hop on a bus. Presently, there are regular bus services linking Brighton and Clarkson station.
In time, the Mitchell Freeway will be extended to Brighton, as will the Northern Rail Line, with a new stop in the Brighton District Shopping Centre to be called Butler Station. Due to open in late 2014, this will provide fast, economical, convenient public transport.
Marmion Avenue also provides convenient access along the coast from Karrinyup and all the way to Yanchep.
The essentials for a healthier, happier, active community
Through its very design, Brighton invites a wonderful, outdoor, social atmosphere. There's always something happening at Brighton. From movies in the park, to carols by candlelight; there's a regular calendar of family-friendly events that create a great community spirit.
The exceptionally strong sense of community that is shared by Brighton residents is the result of Satterley's substantial and ongoing Community Development Program.
In addition, Brighton has a very active Residents Association (BERA) that has been promoting a friendly and vibrant lifestyle, and actively encouraging residents to get involved in their local community for more than eight years.
A dazzling array of recreation facilities and parks
Beyond its close proximity to the beach, perhaps Brighton's greatest appeal is the large number of magnificent neighbourhood parks provided for the entire community to use and enjoy. There are over 50 in Brighton's masterplan!
Brighton's centerpiece is beautiful Brampton Park, featuring a large lake surrounded by playgrounds, picnic areas and barbeques. On any fine day you'll see families, joggers, walkers and cyclists enjoying the moment.
Brampton Park joins the expansive Kingsbridge Park which includes multi use sporting fields ideal for football, rugby, soccer, cricket and tennis. It is also home to the recently completed Community Centre.
