One of the finest on the metropolitan coastline, Jindalee Beach provides carparks, boardwalks , BBQ facilities and picnic areas and a lookout for residents to enjoy.
Construction of a new beachside kiosk, to be located in the recently completed foreshore reserve area will get underway shortly and will be due to open at the end of summer 2012.
The Brighton Village Shopping Centre conveniently houses a Coles supermarket, bakery, fish and chips, hairdresser, cafe, banks, Bottle shop, vet and a newsagency just to name a few!
Within walking distance, the future district shopping centre is due to open in 2014. Located adjacent to the Butler Train Station, the proposed main street will include a range of shopping and entertainment options including boutique stores, cafes and restaurants with alfresco dining as well as offices and much more.
Brighton will also include a commercial and mixed business zone which will be home to retail shops, proffesional offices, hardware stores and showrooms. In addition there will be a Business Park which will include service trades such as mechanics and panel beaters.
Nearby shopping centres include Ocean Keys, Merriwa and Quinns Shopping Centres which offer an array of shops and services from Bunnings to fast food outlets. Lakeside Joondalup is also only a short drive up the freeway.
Jindalee Medical Centre is a bright, modern practice only a walk or short drive away from most homes in Brighton. It includes a team of health professionals including Doctors, Nurses and Occupational Health Technicians offering a wide range of services.
World-class hospital Joondalup Health Campus is only 20 minutes away and is dedicated to providing high quality health care to the residents of Perth's northern suburbs, currently undergoing a $390 million redevelopment of their facilities.

Beyond High School: The Shed Training Centre (pre-apprenticeship training for year 11 and 12 students) is located in Butler and is a great launching pad to apprenticeships in the building and construction industries.
The West Coast Institute of Training also has a state-of-the-art facility located in Clarkson which is the main campus for trades training in Perth's northern corridor.
Both Edith Cowan University and TAFE campuses are located nearby in Joondalup.
Brighton has an established Community Recreation Centre, sporting fields, community assembly/meeting facilities, worship centres, specific interest group facilities, child care facilities, liveable neighbourhood walkways, bike tracks, skate park and of course the beach.
The Cornerstone Tavern is fast becoming one of the icons within Brighton. This family-friendly tavern overlooks the beautiful lake in Brampton Park, and is a warm, sophisticated venue with plenty of atmosphere and wonderful food
Road access - Marmion Avenue and Connolly Drive. The Freeway will eventually extend through to Brighton.
Bus services - Convenient bus routes through the community and to and from Clarkson Train Station
Railway stations - Currambine and Clarkson currently operating. Butler station due to open in 2014.
