Home Sites Selling at Evermore Heights from $165,000

Satterley senior sales executive Mark Burgess walked onto the Evermore Heights Estate at Baldivis for the first time last week – and immediately sold a home site.

 

“It was a pleasant surprise for me and it underlined the quality and attraction of this new estate,” Mark said.

 

Lots which Mark will be offering to visitors this week are on sale with a starting price of $165,000. They range in size from 401sqm-552sqm.

 

Evermore Heights is a joint venture between the Satterley Property Group and Landcorp and is situated on the corner of Numbat Approach and Jerboa Green.

 

The estate has been characterised as the ‘Village of the Future’ because of its emphasis on renewable energy and sustainability. All homes in the Display Village reflect this policy.

 

Energy saving systems in use at the estate are designed to cut electricity costs by up to 40% and to reduce water consumption by more than 60%.

 

All homes are being equipped with a roof-top, one kilowatt power generating unit and residents receive a waterwise landscaping package. This includes all irrigation fittings and controller, a 3,000 litre rainwater tank, and the ‘third pipe’ reticulation system for the use of non-drinking water on gardens. This package is worth $21,000.

 

“People who are worried about higher water and power charges are taking a closer look at Evermore,” Satterley CEO, Nigel Satterley said.

 

“LandCorp and Satterley identified the need to create an environmentally-productive housing estate without increasing the cost to the householder.”

 

The ‘third pipe’ reticulation system for the use of groundwater on gardens is an extension of a successful pilot scheme at Satterley’s ‘The Green’ Estate at Brighton where the reticulation breakthrough has attracted national interest.

 

All homes at Evermore Heights must have a solar hot water system and design elements require light or reflective colours for exterior roofing and wall materials and skylights.

 

25 Large Lots

 

Twenty five large lots, 600sqm to 748sqm in size, are currently being prepared for sale at Evermore.

 

They are certain to attract strong interest because they are much bigger than the average 500sqm to 550sqm sites available in the Baldivis area.

 

The large lots are in the new Stage 3C and will have 20 metre frontages.

The news of the limited release coincides with the opening of the latest display home built by Shelford Homes. Named the Four Seasons, this home is situated

in the Display Village near others built by Aveling and Impressions.

 

Shelford Homes is a Rockingham-based company and describes its Four Seasons product as a “winter-summer” house.

 

Sales manager Mike Conlan depicts it as having a distinct resort feel to it.

 

“It provides a sanctuary at the end of a hard day’s work,” he said.

 

“We can build the home from $316,591 and we believe this is outstanding value.”

 

The prototype display home itself is on the market for $600,000 on an 8% pa leaseback arrangement for 18 months.

 

Redink Homes also has a display home under construction. It should be open soon.

 

Wider Choice

 

Nigel Satterley said the Display Village is giving potential buyers a wider selection of product at Evermore Heights.

 

He expects that many buyers after seeing the quality of the displays will choose a house and land package.

 

“With the energy-saving features incorporated into the homes, coupled with the landscaping, reticulation and fencing incentives Evermore represents very good value,” Nigel Satterley said.

 

Evermore Heights is easily accessible by public or private transport. The Perth CBD is just 45 kilometres away and the coastal communities of Mandurah or Rockingham are nearby.
