Sustainability

Evermore Heights has been designed to take advantage of a range of real measures which will significantly reduce the environmental impact of the estate now and for future generations.

Evermore Heights is an estate the likes of which has never before been seen in WA. This is proven in the attention to detail to the sustainability of the estate. Every drop of water falling on the estate will be captured either in rainwater tanks or in rain gardens where it will be treated before returning to the groundwater in the same state as it fell. In addition to the treatment of water, all private and public spaces will be reticulated using sustainably sourced local groundwater.

At the core of Evermore Heights' commitment to sustainable environmental outcomes are energy efficient design principles. This will be achieved with the inclusion of PV systems in each home and through the orientation of the allotments to take advantage of winter sun and summer shade.
