A limited number of residential lots at LandCorp’s Harvest Lakes Estate at Atwell are to be sold by ballot with demand for the land easily exceeding supply.
The parcel of 24 lots represents some of the most sought-after land in Perth’s southern corridor.
Lot sizes are from 552sqm-700sqm and priced from $245,000-$310,000.
“The affordability of the land in such a handy location guarantees each lot will be sold on release day, Saturday, June 12,” estate manager Andrew Antonas of the Satterley Property Group said.
“The only fair way to make the land available was to sell via ballot otherwise we would have had buyers camping out for days.”
Mr Antonas said another factor is that it’s the first new release at Harvest Lakes for five months.
Harvest Lakes covers 115 hectares and will eventually house a community of 3,500 people.
The estate adjoins the Kwinana Freeway and is within easy commuting distance of the Cockburn Central station. Travel by car to Perth is estimated at 20 minutes along the freeway, given average traffic conditions.
Harvest Lakes is also within easy reach of Fremantle and its wide range of entertainment and recreational facilities.
Those interested in participating in the Harvest Lakes ballot must register by 5pm, Saturday, June 5.
