A vital part of the New Living Vision.
The Satterley Property Group began the Phoenix Rise redevelopment project in Hamilton Hill in 2004, in association with the McCusker Group and on behalf of the Government of Western Australia.
The Phoenix Rise redevelopment has significantly increased property values in Hamilton Hill, with refurbished dwellings offering fantastic investment opportunities, particularly for first homebuyers and young families.
This revitalisation program bounded by Blackwood, Stock and Rockingham Roads is now well underway, with many properties already refurbished available for private sale. Phoenix Rise is rapidly being transformed into a vibrant, safe, friendly and attractive community.
The result is a friendly, safe and attractive community for current and future generations to enjoy.
The Department of Housing´s Urban Renewal Program is aimed at helping West Australian´?s purchase an affordable, newly built or refurbished home in a range of suburbs north and south of the river. It provides for the revitalisation of older suburbs to lift the socio-economic standing and self-esteem of many families and provide them with a vibrant new lifestyle.
When the project commenced, The Department of Housing had a presence of approximately 35 percent of dwellings in Phoenix Rise. By the end of the project this will be reduced to 11%.
Satterley works with local group The Southwell Community Residents Association to promote the New Living program and drive small community projects to improve the area and its facilities.
