Provence will be Busselton's first master-planned community and will incorporate strategically located parks, villages, shops, café, schools, college and other premium-quality facilities. The emphasis for the Provence estate will be on putting villages before vehicles, safety before excitement and community spirit and neighbourliness above all else. The spacious and functional parks and gardens, fully planned neighbourhoods and extensive facilities aim to foster the most critical of all benefits, a strong and healthy community spirit.

Satterley and the Provence Joint Venture understand both the short and long term benefits associated with the provision of opportunities for education and training within a community. The provision of playgroups, primary and high schools and further educational opportunities are the backbone for a bright future.
Reverend (now Bishop) Tom Wilmot identified the need for an Anglican School to be built "on the cape" in the mid 1990's. He and his steering committee worked closely with the Anglican Schools’ Commission. The Georgiana Molloy Anglican School commenced construction in 2002 following the offer from Nigel Satterley (Satterley Property Group) of 15.2 hectares of land complete with title and infrastructure.
The official opening in 2003 was testament to the hard work achieved by the Anglican Schools’ Commission, School Council, Foundation Principal, Staff, and many community members. The GMAS, located on Hawker Approach Yalyalup, Busselton caters for Years K – 10 in 2006 with Years 11 and 12 to be added in 2007 and 2008.
