A recent survey has revealed that more than half of buyers who have purchased a new home site in Secret Harbour were born overseas.
Astoundingly, 59 per cent of Secret Harbour buyers are migrants and from that, 72 percent were born in the UK, 13 percent from South Africa and 9 per cent from New Zealand.
Satterley Property Group’s chief executive Nigel Satterley, said the attractions of the Secret Harbour lifestyle were obvious.

Mr Satterley also said migration was one of the main factors that underpinned demand for housing in WA.
