Tuart Ridge is a new, master planned community located in Baldivis that will be developed on 61 hectares of prime elevated land overlooking the Darling Scarp. Opportunities to be physically active will be high with six hectares of public open space set aside for landscaped parklands that contain playgrounds, tennis courts and dual use pathways. Key community development opportunities through education, public transport and retail options surround the estate and will be complemented by the AMEX Corporation with ‘on the ground’ community development opportunities through events, communications, youth and resident development.
Discussions continue with the Education Department to secure timeframes for the Tuart Ridge Primary School to commence construction.
