Community Development at Tuart Ridge

Photo taken at Tuart Ridge Launch Day April 2008Community development is fundamental to Amex’s vision for Tuart Ridge. Creating a sense of place and belonging for the 1700 people who will call their estate home by 2014 is something that Amex has made a commitment to.

Amex commissioned community development experts Satterley Property Group to create a Community Development Program for Tuart Ridge that would foster a sense of community for new residents, and ensure the new development was fully integrated with the surrounding areas.

To date Amex has committed more than $350,000 to this Community Development Program. Since it was first launched in 2007, it is estimated that more than 5,000 local people have participated in activities and events associated with Tuart Ridge.
